I trapped it because I had no idea what it was. It does look like a cross between a scorpion, a wolf spider, and a tank. It has four pincher looking things for a mouth that they spread wide when threatened. Really nasty looking things, but like onyx said -pretty harmless. I didn't see any pinchers or stingers either. We don't even have camels here though...weird.

uhh no just flat out no, in fact HELL NO!!!!!!!!
my wife usually gets me to tangle with the common house spiders, cause she is deafly afraid of them, but in this case, she's on her friggin own!!!
you would have to call the EMS TO COME DRAG MY LIMP BODY FROM THE HOUSE!

Friend of mine was in Iraq for a while. He said those spiders will chase your shadow because they hate sunlight. Most people freaked out when they saw them and ran. The spiders ran after their shadow..
