I have done a search, what is a good cam that has a good lope to it and decent streetability. i am looking for a big cam that I can go with that I won't have to change p rod lengths.. so what are some of ya 6.0 guys running. Let me no

i say stick with what works. a tr224 should work pretty good with the tb stall. might want to step it up to atleast 3000 eventually though.

i have a 220/224 comp cam in mine with 7.400" puch rods.... little stronger than stock but same size

I'm running a Texas-Speed Torquer v.2 cam with 112 lobe seperation and I love it. It has a real nice mild lopey idle, nothing to extreme, but you definately need to get a good tune done after. I'm also running a 3500 stall in the truck which I installed at the same time I installed the cam so I'm not sure how much different it would run with a stock converter. A couple of people advised me against that cam claiming that I would lose out on torque, but man were they off. I can break the tires loose at 40mph when it's just me in the truck, and I have a really good set of tires on there!

Ok thanks for some rep's. I have looked plenty into the tr224, like it, evrybody seems to get good results, but I was just looking for something a lil diff then what alot of peeps are runnin.. Thanks

TR226 IMO... a little bigger but still very driveable... a 2800 converter will work well with it

That cam isn't on thunders site or if it is I can't find it for some reason.. Can ya send me a link or post the spec's of it. Thanks brotha
