Default Oil pressure at idle?

Also my truck 5.3 with 30000 miles makes alot of ticking noise when i start it in the mornings. After the truck is warmed up you can barely hear it.
The oil pressure dips below 40psi at idle.I know that is more than enough oil pressure but compared to everybody elses I know, it is low
