99 Silverado v6 to 5.3 injector pulse issue

Just rebuilt this truck and installed a 5.3,it's a 99 and my injectors aren't getting a pulse like half of them aren't getting a pulse I'm not sure what it is any suggestions

Is the computer programmed to run the 5.3?

Do you have good power at all injector plugs?
