i am looking for one intake and one exhaust valve. if you can hook me up that would be GREAT!

Sam at cmotorsports is telling me the short block should ship this week. with a little luck i will be puting it back together right after that. i hope to have it running with the 408 in 2 weeks. i can hardly wait!! the idle was a little too lumpy for me and i am anxious to see how much the extra cubes smooth out the idle. i should see faster spooling too. along with more TQ even before the turbo spools. lower compresion so more boost on pump gas. lots of new things to look forward to. .

it looks to me like everything but the piston and 2 valves are ok. the rod even looks ok. there is a nice scratch in the wall but nothing a .030 over piston wouldn't cure. i only drove it about 20feet.

another option would be some bigger valves (2.02/1.60 or bigger) in the stock unported heads. then, when you get the time send those exact heads out for hand porting and you have a set of stage 2 heads for a fraction of the cost.

2, both broken pistons due to a nitrous misshap. last time it was from a sticky fuel noid but that one was my fault. i was using fuel addative in large quanities and you are not suppose to do that thru the fuel noids.

i hope to be slaping on some AFR 225 heads when i have the cash.
