Odd clunk in AC Box

I have not even started looking for the source of the noise, but thought I might post it here to see if anyone has seen this before.
So cruising down the road and I roll down the window. With the pressure change in the cab I hear a clunk noise coming from the AC box. What I suspect is the recirculate door is slamming shut.
I also have a outside air draft when at 50mph+ and a very small leak when it sits in the rain. I suspect these 2 issues are related to a bad cowl panel seal on the passenger side.
Anyone run into this before?
Thanks

when you switch from recirc to outside does it make noise at all?
the water leak would probly be from a bad cowl seal
but the clunk does kinda sound like a recirc door issue

It does not make any noise when it is switched however it could not even be moving.
