If he didn't answer his PM's that means he was chicken **** to the whole thing and knew what he was doing! And if someone else was reading them they could have told him! He pretty much stole your **** and lied to you! His name needs to be put out so he won't **** over anybody else!

 

Well guys, this has turned out to be a wierd situation, there's been a little twist. What we have is a case of someone using another person sign on name (identity fraud) to make the deal and making him look like the bad guy. Remember when I said the guys brother PM'd me and said he would pay me? Well, his brother is the guy who owes me the money! I have verified that there are indeed two guys, brothers. The member I thought I made the deal with and was getting ready to shame on the forum is innocent, it's his brother who is the quitly party. I've been contacted by both brothers and have been assured that the money is on the way. I'm glad I didn't post his name at first, I would have been accusing an innocent guy. Now his brother on the other hand, may get his name out on the board for all to see. The more I think about the more ticked I get about beeing mislead! I may leave this in the family and let the brothers work it out

I agree! If my brother did that to me, he would have knuckles dents all over his face . It's funny how alot of you guys said how much patients I showed with this situation because that's not usually the case. Normally I'm a quick tempered, don't take any crap of of any body. Don't disrespect me or you'll hear about it. Now, I'm not saying that I'm a bad *** cause I'm not, I just stand up for myself. This situation was different though, something just didn't seem right about it. I'm glad I took the approach I did, it got the results I wanted.

i know im new but i would like to share a story with all of you,
4 months ago i put new coopers on my truck, the tires i had were still good for another 20k, this kid was their asking for good used tires to put on his truck, his were down to the wire showing, and he needed something just to get back and forth to work, had no money, i know who he was but knew nothing about him, i sold him the tires for 50 bucks, told him to pay me on his next payday, 3 months went by, everynow and then i catch him at the store
is it payday yet, all i would get is im a little short il have it next week, ill take care of you, don't worrie, 3 week ago i was standing one behind him, he got 30 in gas, four 12 packs of beer, and a carton of cigs, what he pulled out of his pocket shocked me, a thick *** money clip, i counted as he whiped through it to pay. this boy fliped over 14 100 dollar bills and 3 fiftys just to get to the twentys. and befor i could say one word he and a buddy snached up the beer and ran out the door. one hour later im back at the store geting cigs for the wife and guess who shows up to get more beer, hay man is it pay day, no im a little short again i dont have it but i promis ill wil pay you next week for sure. ok i replyed, walked out to his truck, took out my knife and cut al 4 tires, to leave out all the bs that happened after that, the cops showed up, i have a court date on the 17th of this month, and the owner of the trie shop is comeing with me as a witness to what happened in his place,
i know how it feels to get riped off when you think you are helping someone out. it sucks
