Does any one know why there are no e-fans on 2006 6.0l ? Just a litttle that my new toy does not have them already.

 

1/2 or 3/4 ton truck?

 

my mistake it is a 1500 hd cc 4x4

 

yeah, the HD 1500's get the clutch fans.........I figured thats what you had.

 

I dont understand why they would not change over for that model of trucks,but the rest get e fans ?

 

yours is a light duty 3/4 ton basically, and only the 1/2 tons got the efans......the rest kept their clutch fans. Bascially, I dont think the efans would keep a 3/4 ton truck cool enough when hauling a decent load. Now, if they werent gonna haul anything, then I'm sure they would be fine....but who doesnt work their 3/4 tonner? I know I work ours!!
