No AC at idle on 2000 Silverado

my c10 is like that to a lesser extent. Clutch fan at 500 rpm isn't pulling too much. Plus my condensor isn't flush with the radiator. I would check the charge too

Air flow, my suburban is doing the same thing as well. I am going to put electric fans on it the first chance I get.
