Default NNBS ticking from I don't know where....

I have a reg cab NNBS 4.8 with 212/218 hi lift cam with comp .600 springs. It is tuned by a local guy. You can only hear it when I get into it a little or stomp it. When driving normal you can't hear it. Well I've tried narrowing it down and when I'm in the truck it sounds like its coming from the rear and when I'm outside and someone else gets on it for me it sounds like it may be coming from the engine bay. Any thoughts? The higher the rpms the louder it gets... And I did search but found a lot of different answers

That's one of those things that is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack.

In for video, maybe someone on here will be able to narrow it down for ya

No headers... Only mods are slp loudmouth muffler, 212/218 cam, .600 springs and obviously tuned. I haven't heard from the guy that tuned it since he tuned it the first time around. If I'm not mistaken he's in Louisiana. So that's a no go. I thought about getting it retuned by Wheatley

That would be great if that's all it is. I'm gonna tackle it tonight and hopefully find something
