Default next?

well, i am going to do a cheaper job on the rear, just going to go with a locker and replace the screwed up gears, then try and get my 9 sec run. then maybe.........

i have thought about all kinds of diferent cars but i am a truck guy. if i was to do a colorado then i have to decide on what motor, what tranny, 2wd or 4wd, full out high 7 or low8 sec drag truck or something like i have now and shoot for high 8's low 9's.

i kind of like the idea of a droped 4wd, quiet, 6.0, turbo/turbos, low 9's.

or maybe i will just keep tweeking on my truck and see what the current combo once fully cranked up can do. hmm, i can feel this project coming to an end before long. think anyone would pay big money for it the way it sits(fixed rear of course).

You should get into a 6.0L 4wd crew cab and make it run 10's. That would be a feat.

Im sure someone will buy it. So you are thinking about fixing up a colrado to make it fast? They would probably do it jsut since its your truck. Why you thinking of not messing with your truck anymore?

I am not much of a fan of the Colorados for some reason but I bet you could make one pretty fast. As long as you stay in a bowtie I am pretty sure everyone in here will be happy. Its just so fun to show people vids of your truck and say "yeah, a new body style Silverado is doing that!"

I've been thinking about trading for a smaller truck such as the colorado. Kinda defeats the purpose If I rip it apart and make it a beast again haha, oh well. I havn't found many used colorados since they are such a new model. Let me know what you find about powertrain compatibility.
