I was going to get an 99 a few months ago but the deal went south. Now I am still looking for a truck but can't really decide on what to get. I have always loved the pre-2000 style but also like the newer body style GM's. I am looking for a fully loaded Z71 with pretty low mileage on it. What style would get better gas mileage??? What style would be more dependable???

I am going to stick some 20's on it with some 305/50 Nitto Terra Graplers. Would those wheels and tires fit on either body style???
