new pc from wheatley and wont start

i got my tunned pcm from Wheatley and my truck wont start is there something you do special??

no paper work in the box

no the computer didnt come with paper work

Go to nelsonperformance.com (not sure if its on wheatlys website) and click on faqs, the click how to relearn the security, if you do it right it should work that's what I had to do
