First of all very nice bike. But explain to me, how can you justify going out and buying a bike to "save money" on gas when the amount you spent on the bike could probably fill your truck up many many times? Unless you planned on/wanted a bike anyway then it makes sence, but just to save money on gas it doesnt. Still very nice!, Im jealous too

I don't know about you but it takes over $80 to fill my truck up...so 2 fill ups and you've paid for the monthly payment and the gas to run it. lol. Now about the insurance...

haha, thanks for all the comments everyone now to get it started. Helmet ALL THE TIME and I know it doesnt make me invincible. I still ride sane and watch everyone else cuz people are dumb *****. The way I see it is 11 dollars to fill up the bike and I can scoot around for a good week and a half maybe thats atleast 70 more dollars sittin in my bank account. 40hrs a week at 12.50.. lets do the math. The bike will be payed off in a couple months and Ill be sittin on a nice little investment to move out on and start AAI. Mean while the truck is a once in awhile or bad conditions (like it raining the last 2 days straight ) kinda thing. It all makes sense in the end u just gotta do some figures. And insurance 168 or so a month because we get a bundle discount (house insurance), multiple bikes (my dads and moms and mine now), and a MSF Safety course discount. Leaving me with a nice small insurance and bike payment. Of course the bike payment will be almost doubled to pay it off quicker

80....wow I wish it only costed me 80, filled up last week and it costed me $115, but yeah what I was referring to was the bike payments and insurance payments+ your truck is probably still insured? So I would think ( i could be wrong) that your overall monthly payments would equal more then without the bike despite saving on gas? but if you break even or save money all the power to you!!, and be safe on that thing bud

well the thing is my truck is unsured under my parents because my bro's truck, mine, and my mom's beamer saves more money on top of it being in their name so they pay it. Im paying my $168 bike payment and $158 or so in insurance. Then the $15 gas bill isnt anything. And besides I've always wanted a bigger bike from what I had and I have justification to get one and ride it most of the time now so y not? I dont have to worry about school for awhile and Im gonna be making some good money with all that free time now
