Hello everyone,


I'm looking for a set of high gloss black factory GM wheels that would have come on a police interceptor tahoe. Does anyone have any idea wherea guy could find a set? If not on a tahoe, are there any other GM mtrucks these would have come on? Take a look at the pic.

Oooh one more question, I have the same wheels like shown in the pic above but they are the chrome versions (which I do not want). What I'm wondering is, can a guy take a big screwdriver and hammer and pop the chrome plate off the outside of the wheel? Will it look good underneath do you think? All steel wheels on these trucks look like that if they're chrome, GM puts an adhesive backed chrome plate on the outside. If someone had a bent chrome donor wheel I would try this.

 

go get the rims sand blasted i would say

 

have the ones you have sandblasted and powdercoated black

 

My spare looks like those. The spare rims are black and then just add the chrome center caps.
