It rained last year for 2 hours and we still raced. As long as it is just scattered showers and such in the forecast, shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't trust the weather reports until the night before the event.

Just curious....any events closer to Florida? Every event is like 10-15 hours away.

Florida is a bad state for non-Florida members to reach. You guys are basically an island with only one way in. The events are typically placed in performance LS1 hot-bed areas, to help guarantee a good turnout.

I understand that part...and I'm not saying that it has to be IN Florida...just something that isn't almost two days of driving to get to. Just a suggestion...

I hope to be one of them. I'm only about 90% sure I will be able to make it. I'm not gonna drive all that way just to sit in the stands.

Bad news guys ... well maybe .. yesterday I was gutting the cats and got some crap in my eye. I got it dug out today. He said it might hurt like hell or it might not bother me much. The main thing is to keep this neosporin type stuf fin my eye and see how it is tomorrow. I will see how it is tomorrow, but it's gonna have to be pretty damn bad to keep me from coming down.

Bad thing is now I have to find an exhaust shop to finish up what I have left to do. I still have to go get my tires and my stickers put on.
