need help, whats the best way to take the clutch fan off?

PB Blaster/Deep Creep + Pipe wrench + a mallet + about 15-20 good whacks

i used to take a small bolt and stick it in one of the small holes and then stick a big screw driver between the bolt and the big nut and then use a big crescent to take it off

or if you got an old belt try wrapping it around somethin like this but on the water pump pulley instead of the crank pulley

do anyone know anything about procomp fans? we hooked up a 16 inch to my buddy's truck, but im not sure if its pushing on pulling?????? its mounted to the radiator on the inside but it feels like the air is going towards the motor not the radiator???
