Quick question. Were puddle lamps standard on all 03-06 NBS SUV’s (including Avalanche?) with DL3 and DL8 mirrors?

Were they ever an option on the trucks?

My first truck, 2003 silverado, was loaded and had puddle lamps on the power folding mirrors. Don't know about the SUV question though.

 

I have only seen the Puddle lamps on SUV's and SS trucks. I have not seen them as standard option on the trucks. I think they were part of the DL3 package.

 

All trucks built in 2003 had puddle lamps with the DL3s. Starting in 2004 that became not the case. My 03 SLE 1500hd had factory puddle lamp DL3 mirrors which I stole from it when I sold it and put the mirrors on my 04. I have yet to see an SUV equipped with DL3 mirrors without puddle lamps in them.

Funny that description from Compnine doesn't mention the puddle lights, but they've got 'em...
