It sucks so bad i have to like stand next to my truck to unlock is and lock it...my dad can stand from like 40 feet away and unlock his...does mine need a new batter or what? do i just need to replace it?

youll spend less on a battery if you go to the store and buy one. Sounds like it might be gettin a bit weak .

 

well its 4 years old i think so i could see why.anyone know the battery it needs and do you just pop the remote or is there a certain way to opening it?

 

There should be a little slot on the edge of the remote . Just stick a screwdriver in it and twist it. Be kinda easy with it and it should just pop open. If you need programing info for it let me know and I can help ya.
