that's really not too bad IMO. you can easily run up into 2k+ depending on what you want done.

btw, you gonna get some gears in the future? i'd think the 4.10's would help out a bit.

I think the 408 will be plenty torquey for the 3.73's - but we'll see. It's always an option

I wonder how long the rearend will last under boost in the future. you gonna run the same tires as in your pic? it'd be kinda cool to actually lower the truck and put some good gripping tires on. jw

I think it'll be ok - I'm not planning on running slicks or anything, and when I launch hard it will be in 4wd so I'll be splitting up the stress between front and rear diffs. I'm not planning on lowering it either or changing tire size, I like how it sits right now

I think your diffs will be ok, I mean, Parish still has the stock diffs except for an Eaton in the rear right?

I thought he went up to a 2500HD drivetrain at some point with the 14 bolt, but I'm not really sure.

He has an 80e with the HD t-case but stock front and rears with an eaton in the back. Believe me you will have PLENTY of tq down low for the 3.73s and the size cam you are going with is the close ot the size of my old cam and it had too much power down low so I went to what Im going with now. Im going to a 14bolt rear just because Im tired of breaking **** and upgrading to a 14 bolt is like going from a 60e to an 80e, put it in and forget about it. Once my truck is up to full strength I want to be able to hop in it and beat the **** out of it and not have to worry.

Lunati 237/242 .595 .595 112lsa with a 3900 stall now, is a Jones Cam Design 246/246 .620 .620 112lsa with a 3400 stall, hopefully this will help with my traction problems if not drag radials on all four and cal-tracs will be in order.
