Do you have a medium air compressor? Just sand and shoot some primer and Duplicolor on that camper shell. It won't be perfect, but it will look just fine from 25' away.

Lot's of YT videos nowadays show how to do body work and painting.

1 quart of each won't set you back too much. If you really want to go overboard you can even shoot some clear over it.

Yes. Les Schwab sells "Mazama", I don't know why they stopped selling actual name brands.

My air compressor sucks, I need to get a decent one. I actually have a paint gun I have yet to use. But I got some color matched duplicolor primer, clear coat, and color matched rattle can. Gotta stop at a couple more Oreillys though, each location only carries one can of U382/WA382.

Am I the only one who gets excited about factory service manuals? From the best I can tell this is a modified version of the Dealership SVC manuals. Scrolling through the PDF it looks like there's tons of valuable information in here.

Also although I'd like to think I'm past the days of trying to accessorize to make my truck look a certain way, I really didn't like the factory tail lights. These "Spyder" brand replacements came from Amazon and the fitment is OK. Not factory but alright. They do look pretty darn good. Factory on left, aftermarket on right obviously. The pic of the running light illuminated doesn't represent actual color, they look really clean and clear in person.

Where did you get the service manual? I didn't know they had them on CD-ROM.

I've only seen the thick printed book, like for sale in ebay.

@strutaeng it was $40 with shipping from Ebay. I figured it was a roll of the dice as to whether it was legit, but it looks very good. It's even got wiring diagrams...

I have my 99s FSM and my 96 Impala's FSM. Both in the book copies.

I plan on getting the USB as well because I would like to drunkenly scroll on my computer.

The Dave Graham version is a legit Authorized copy best I can tell. He has several factory service manuals for various makes and models.

See the part under his name about all rights reserved and then he has a License Number for authorization to reprint portions of the manual from General Motors.

All the fakes and knock off's will not have that.
