The differences are the C3 doesn't have the all wheel steer, nor does it have the "bulges" in the bed. The Denali has a 12 bolt with 4.10s and more leaf springs also, the C3 has the 10 bolt with 3.73s. Lastly the Denali has different shocks, that are equipped with a ride control function to make it ride rougher or softer. For use when towing a trailer, etc. Also the Denali has cab and side marker lamps due to the rear bed being wide enough to classify it as a "dually" size truck.

I love it, so far so good at 56k miles. It sure makes a difference. When I drive my dads C3 it is hard to get used to at first. I have came close to hitting things because I dont give enough steering input hehe..
