I've got a 2/4. A 4/6 is jus too much for my preferance. My 20's are 9.5" wide and they would most likely hit. If you get a kit give me a holla and I'll help you put it on. I've done three 2000 and newer and have a pretty good routine down.I did a 2 wheel drive truck with 9" of lift and lowered it to a 2/4. That was a drastic change. And yes we are kickin around a turbo or two. Still not sure what direction to go. Hey Kevin, thanks for the offer! I appreciate it. Suspension work has NEVER been one of my strong suits unless it was like bolt on stuff. My good friend recently bought the Lone Star Muffler on Southmore and he has setup hundreds of trucks, cars, racecars, bikes etc... I think I am gonna have him do it. He will only charge me $250 to do the 2/4 and that is lower control arms, springs and shackles and shocks. Then I gotta drop $50 for an alignment. The DJM kit is $395 and the shocks are another $130. All in all thats around $850. I got to pay Uncle Sam then I am gonna start scrounging the cash for it. I am going with the 2/4 because the streets in Pasadena are so bad and I pull a bike trailers often. I am gonna stick with the 16X8 Chrome AR Pythons Veronica bought me but I am switching to either 275/55R16 Generals or 285/60/R16 Good Years. Gonna drop it first, take some measurements and get the tires from there. What type of lowering do you have? Springs? Spindles? Arms? I need to catch up with you ******* soon to shoot the **** and check your truck out up close. Catch yall later.
