A mecca of performance houses, car shows (with women that arent toothless and 40 wearing their daughters sundress all crammed up in their ***)
Did I mention women?
So yeah, there are things not to like as far as politics and living expense but I am not certain I would take a pay cut and pay less for housing (it almost balances out unless you are transferring with the same job and same pay to a different state), pay 15 cents less a gallon for gas, live in the total hot, sandy, dust storm flat lands and leave all of the above benefits behind. Hell, its early January and its in the mid 60's outside when some states are at 12 below 0. No thanks, happy right Heeeya.
Gains of moving are minimal if any - like a TB spacer.
I would and still consider moving to Nevada but the ONLY reason is taxes and the fact that I can own full auto firearms legally. A MAC 11 and less taxes would be nice.

I think it'd be more than a tb spacer...Like almost a second.
New mexico ranges from 4500-7000 feet above sea level
I live at 4400 ft above sea level, and the fastest ive seen a stock LS1 F-body seen run here is 14.2 at 102. They run like 13.3 at 107 at sea level.
Have you ever checked out an altitude timeslip correction chart?

You wont have a problem with your truck as long as it still meets the federal standards. If your truck was built as a federal emissions truck, they have to smog it as one even though you are in Cali. Im in OC so im not far either, I dont know exactly where you are going but there are a lot of us nearby

Time for a Radix while you are in town!!!
