Mexicos Chevy 400 Ss Truck
undefinedundefinedDO ANY OF YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT MOTOR EXACTLY IT HAS AND WHAT SPECS MY COUSIN IN MEXICO HAD ONE BUT I NEVER CHECKED OUT WHAT WAS UNDER THE HOOD BEACUSE THEY DONT Care about motors they just like to go fast. i will try to include a picture if you djavascript:void(0);ont know what im talking about.

The only 400 horsepower silverado is not an SS. It is called the Joe Gibbens silverado and I highly doubt that is the one your cousin has. It is a supercharged 4.8 V8.

No 400c.i.d motor...
Havn't you seen more than enough mexicans running around in Thunderbirds with 5.0 MUSTANG badges, right next to a 4.6L badge, with a Corvette flag emblem on the trunk and various other stickers from companies that don't make jack for the particular car they are driving? My point is it generally doesn't matter what is under the hood. Some people just like stickers/emblems.
Ran into the same discussions when back in the early 90's when i had my 454SS and those 400SS trucks were rolling around.
