Little late to the party, but I do email tuning and am an HPTuners dealer also. I do not use a script, I go through every tune I do specific to that vehicle. No copy and paste BS. When I say free unlimited updates I mean it, ive done close to 100 updates for some guys for one reason or another. I can typically have updates back to you in a few hours or a day at the most.

A friend of mine let me know he is getting HP Tuners shortly, so at least I'll have an option to get a license for the truck down the road in order to be able to upload tunes.

So far I'm liking the mail order tune! Can't complain about anything, truck is running smooth at partial throttle or WOT, transmission kicks down so much sooner which I love. It is also nice to not have to look at a check engine light, or hear the brake system warning me that the end is imminent haha.
