well well i just sold my 99 stepside and wish that i did not but i got a good price and it helped on the new truck. ok here is the idea. find a v6 or a v8 standard chevy or gmc that has alot of miles on it (going to get a better engine in it so lots of miles are ok) or find a salvageable one so that i can work on it on the weekends and so i can spend my money on something instead of on the brand new truck well untill 35000 miles. so dose any one know where can get a good cheap truck or a salvage place that has some? thanks

 

let me just give you my $.02, and take it from me cause im in this damn situation now all becasue i got a good deal on my truck, do NOT buy a V6 and put a V8 into it, just buy a V8. where you located at
