A little help please?!?!

Hello all, I know it has been awhile since I have posted but I am in a dillema!!!
I am trying to decide on a lift kit. To let you know where I stand..... I am one for Function over Looks, if it looks good but doesn't function for poop, then it belongs in the trash can. If it functions awesome but doesn't look good I am almost there. Let's just say this. I was going to get the R&B Offroad Design kit. It removed the torsion bars and gave me King Coilovers in the front, for only $1800.00. Well they are now no longer in business so it seems. The only other kit like that is the RockKrawler kit and the one is $4200.00 and the other is like $8000.00. That is a little out of my price range.
So I have been looking at the typical everyday kits. Now the Rough Country is a good looking kit, leaving the torsion bars in factory location. But how strong is it??? Two piece cross member drops, no strengthening kick bars going up to the frame. Things like that. The Tuff Country is a good piece, but it drops the torsion bar location, hence screwing with ground clearance. But it does have a one piece cross member drop bracket and kick bars.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?????
Oh and I have a Y2k ECSB Z71.
