Yes. I heard it when it aired like 4 years ago...I remember that specific one because I had to write an essay on Phil Hendrie's show and if it's violating FCC law for my Mass Media Law class when I went to college.

I was laughing my *** off not only because what he was saying was so funny, but at the morons who call up and get all mad thinking it's real

If you've ever listened to Phil Hendrie, before AND after the show there's a disclaimer that says something like, "This show is fake, Phil Hendrie does all the voices, blah blah blah"
