Need them for an 02 escalade cluster, and would like to put some for all the dash controlls, window, lock switches. Any links for these i can look into, or can someone let me know the certain bulb #'s to look into. Would like to do white, or blue led's All tips and advise will help. Thanks,

this may be more work than you had planned on...but i jus cut the power wire going from the day/night sensor to the dimmer switch and ran that wire to power blue LED strips i put in the gauge cluster and behind the a/c and heater controls. u can get them from any parts store..autozone,oriely, advanced autoparts

heres a youtube vid that shows my speedo

This write-up will only work for the 99-02 silverados, i think its one of the best write ups though and even gives you the sites to order the parts from!

the cluster is an easy swap, but the dash & door units require soldering

if you get the push locks . . . the 6wled or whatever . . . they will burn out, or start flashing.

I did the exact same set-up as the link from Full size Chevy. I would recommend the 5WLED's to eliminate "hot spots".

Keep in mind the balast in the led's flicker and burn out quicker than a regular bulb. Everyone loves the LED's in my truck but I'm getting tired of pulling the dash everytime one of them goes so I'm gonna try these rubber covers from Autometer. I used the red for my Nitrous gauge in my car and it looks really good. I put two on to get a deeper color. You can never be too safe...
