i have 2 hot spots in the cluster but there not that bad at all and cant figure out the dang A/C panel. Other than that its a great overall mod!!!!!!!!

i was wondering how to do that! i wanted that mod for a long time, is it easy and how much time does it take? Well, how do you do it? thanks, this would be a dream come true! haha

Its a pretty intense and time consuming mod. Its taken me almost 14 hours to do this and i would be done if i could figure out that dang A/C panel i just dont know enough about it. So its not that easy to do, but a member 04BlackSilverado does them on his spare time for anyone interested i think i read that he does the radio for around $150 so you would be looking at probably $300 to do the interior. You need the SMD-PLCC2-LED and some 510 ohm and 220 ohm resistors

thats a long process! are they different lights than whats in the 2001 trucks? My last truck was a 2001 and you could just switch the bulbs out.

ok finally got some pictures...

i installed a l.e.d. behind the speaker grille.



two wedges small lights and three soldered l.e.d.s pointed down in the middle.

and 360 degree l.e.d.s behind the gauges. i know the needles are off.

i cant decide if i want to tackle the a/c and headlight switch.
