Leather for interior changes

I'm not sure what you mean by full hide, but if you do a google search for Katzkins, you should find some quality leather covers.

"Full hide" means a whole cow, the hide of the cow. I want to buy leather to have an upholstery shop do some work on my stock seat covers and cover the sun visors. One shop here in town tried to sell me a hide to do the work for $982... just for the leather! I see on-line that they go for more like $400 max. On ebay they are more like $100.
But, I'd like to buy from someone that has a recommendation from a member here.
