Default Launch?

Well i finally got my truck stalled and more or less finished im waiting on my retune but other than that truck runs great. The only thing i was wondering was when i take off from a dig should i stall it up and if so how much? my 4x4 isnt working at the moment hopefully n the next week or so i can get the TC-module out of sleep mode and i can just open up some 4x4 launches but until then what can i do? im prob going to be running a bolted duramax soon and if i can get infrount off the line i think i can hold him off. thanks for the help guys...

You have to experiment with it to see what works best for you.

I like to bring my engine up around 2000rpm, then mash the throttle.

What converter are you running?

Yea, it depends on how loose the stall is also.. if its tight then flashing it off idle might work best.. if its a loose one then stallin up to 800-1200 might work best..
Just try a few diff things and see what you like best.

Like others said just have to play around and see what works best. I have stalled mine up a little but from the few times I played around with it I think just flashing mine works best. I will have to log some 0-60 times and see if I can trend a difference.

Here is me stalling it up some with a Circle D 3400. Need to get a video of me just flashing it cause it leaves a lot harder

Try both and see what works better.
