by the way if they dont want you to put a exhaust you can put a cutout and only open when you are away from home and close it back up before you go back home...

Oddly enough, maybe. Looks like I may have found my house. The Impy might become a daily driver though in favor of a 2002 RCSB Stepside 4.8.

I was thinking about a cutout, but would that mess with my fuel air or anything like that? Hey TX if you wouldn't mind helping me out with that airbox that would be great. How much of a gain can i expect from the bypass??

No real gains from the bypass. It's a cheap mod so it's not going to hurt to try.
What kind of money do you have to spend anyways? Then we can get a better idea of what we can and cannot do to your truck.

Well not so much right now. But durning the summer i make some pretty decent cash. Only thing is getting parts may be an issue. See this whole problem with my folks started when i lost my dodge (****** trees). I had exhaust and an intake and all that fun stuff so my mom thought i was doing something stupid and yea. So here we are now. I can prolly manage about 700 around there.

I know im gonna do a cut out and a filter, I might even go as far as to port and polish my throttle body. If I can get the money ill buy a diablo or something along those lines. What all can I get out of underdrive pulleys??

save your money from the diablo and get a custom tune. there are also better mods for the money instead of the UD pulleys.

And I take it by your screen name that you have a 2004 model. Pass on porting the throttle body too. It will cause more troubles than it helps since you have the electronic throttle body for very little gains.

also would help to know a little more about the truck. What gears are in it. ext cab or reg cab. putting some 4.10 gears in it, parents would never know about that. Get the tune to adjust for gears. electric cutout, air intake, and you can do any of the trans mods, vette servo, shift kit, stall, etc...
