I must say I'm not impressed. The ECSB doesn't have as much room for the back seat passengers as my 2000. My kids ride in mine all of the time and they both agreed that with the seat where I keep it, the newer truck seemed to have less room. ???? The front seat consisted of the fold down armrest on the trucks that we saw, which was no where near as nice as my captain chair/console deal. The front seats are much narrower and nowhere near as comfy IMO. The steering wheel was nice(r), and the dash layout was better IMO, but that was about it. The 2wd trucks are as tall as a damn F250 superduty, and I didn't like that at all. Even the new door panels seemed cheaper, and the inside door handle was tuff to get to. I crawled all over this thing and spent a good deal of time checking it out, not just a quick glance by anymeans. Even with the factory 20's, the trucks seemed plain. The Ford 150 Harley Davidson, and even the King Ranch crew cab were a TON nicer than the Z71 Silverado. I was disappointed to say the least. If Chevy would have had a "premium" truck it might have been different....meaning an SS or even Denali truck, but the best one they had was a Z71 crew cab...which didn't impress me at all. I'm sure the chassis upgrades and drivetrain upgrades make a difference over the "Classic"...but the looks, styling, and interior were disappointing, even compared to my 2000. My interior with the Katzkin covers is 100 times nicer than the brand new trucks, and that's a shame. My favorite truck at the whole show was the F250 Harley Davidson with the Powerstroke...in that cool blue color they come in.....Badass truck. I'd even consider leaving GM and going with Ford for that, but not to the tune of $52,000
