Ive got 144k and there's ticking...but its a 91 TBI 350 lol

ive got a slight tick sometimes. my 2001 has 35xxx on it.

No Ticks/Knocks or anything. Still sounds new and looks new. best damn truck

Mines had that cold start knock, tick, whatever you call it since I can remember. Doesn't smoke or anything. Just been changing oil regularly and switched to Mobil 1 at 60,000. Oh yeah and half those miles have been from dragging a 4,000 lb boat to the water at mostly illeagal speeds...Zed
