Waltrip was PISSED at the safety crew....he had every right to be though...they are dumb asses. they were cutting bars to get him out...but the bars they were cutting were keeping the damn car from crushing his ***.

That and they didnt control his car very well as they rolled it back over. Probably jarred his *** pretty good.

the MW crash looked pretty nasty...especially for a big ole boy like Mike. it's a great testiment on how well engineered and built those cars are to see someone come out of an incident like that without a scratch.

It still amazes me how guys survive crash after crash like that.. flipping end over end 3 times and Dale Earnhardt hit the wall and died.. not that hitting the wall at 200MPH couldnt kill someone.. its just weird to me..

yea a crash like that seems like it would hurt someone bad if not kill them. DE Sr died i guess from his head slamming forward so quickly. the wreck into the wall i don't think did it, but the rapid loss of momentum is what killed him. at least that is what i am understanding from all the post wreck analysis. i do wish he was here today to race. he was the greatest.....
