I know it is probably not possible through the OBDII port.
Why do you think you need this done?

If he swapped his cluster with an 03+. The BCM, would need to be programmed to take advantage of the extra crap...

Can the BCM changes be made with HP Tuners? I'm doubting it.

I've never known anyone to put an 03+ into a 99-02 model. Aren't the connectors different?

I have an 03 ecsb but mine only shows Hourst, Trip, and miles. Will EFI Live reprogram the BCM to display the other features or does it have to be done by tech II at a dealer?

This was pretty much already asked about an 04 and hptuners but never answered.

Nope, there are no options in EFI Live to do that...

So my only option would be the dealer?
I'd really like the MPG display. I'm testing to see if my tow/haul is giving me better mileage and so far it looks like it is giving me quite a bit more.

More than likely that increase is due to the TCC lockup and part throttle shift point properties... Tow/Haul has different totally different settings for example, my Bone Stock tune will upshift later with Tow Haul, but down shift later.... TCC lockup happens sooner with Tow Haul as well...
