I traded that truck for this truck, what do you think
A couple of weeks ago I posted up a 70 c10 rclb that I picked up cheap after going through it I really wanted to build it here it is
then I was going to one of the places I regularly get parts from and I saw this 2003 cclb 6.0 4l80e its rough but no rust and I already have all the parts to fix it (bed and doors) what do you guys think ? And what do you think I should do with it? It has a clear title and only 106,340 mileage

I just found another cab for the 03 , it has been at my shop for a few hours and everything is out of the cab except the dash and column . going to do some pulls and see if I should section a piece in or swap cabs..... I have been wanting and needing a crew cab for awhile so far less then $1000 into it

I know everyone here is on the turbo band wagon and for good reason. But if it were mine I'd go a custom cam made for a blower. Drop a maggie on it in a afternoon and call it a day. The truck will run a ton better even if you don't do a cam and it's all bolt in with out a ton of time fabbing pipe and oiling system.
My reason is simplicity. These day's after work all day in miserable heat I'm getting lazy and just dont feel like hours and hours at the shop after we close. Even though I love modding and building my own stuff, sounds like you have your own shop also so it depends on how enthusiastic you are after your guys go home for the day.

I would also go with a maggie instead of turbo for towing and low end grunt. Cab swap would be in order for my thoughts. Well really I would pull drivetrain and scrap it but I can't stand the long long long long wheel base.
