Default I need to replace the oil sending unit or

The seal under the intake.
I have slight oiling of the oil filter(drip)but no spots on the drive.
Any ideas?
I remember changing mine on my '78 nova. Or it could've been my pinto, but don't tell anyone!

Not really sure what your talking about. Is this on your 01 2500? The only gaskets under the intake manifold are the intake gaskets and the valley cover gasket. Then there are the knock sensors.

It's either valley cover gasket or the oil sending unit, AKA oil pressure switch,Iirc.

Default Valley cover gasket it is!

Maybe the pan too. Going to replace the sending unit just because it's there and I will be too.
