Thanks guys Im not really big on car audio either... but I bough these with a amp a wile back for $200 and I figued since I have an ext cab now I can put them to use. Ive always been more for performance and drivetrain but Im going to TRY to keep this one somewhat stock on that stuff because my other truck is at about 8MPG because of all that stuff(I miss the lope on a DD already ) If I do use the clarion can I still use that CD drive by the console?

Not sure what the airspace requirements are for the Kicker subs, and it depends on if you want to go ported or sealed. I fit a ported box for my 2 10" Punch HX2's under the seat, 2 cu ft after displacements, so it can be done....

I have more pics if you click the link under my sig pic.

Im about 99% sure that the separate cd player won't work with anything aftermarket. I also believe that they make a tray that will go in place of the cd player. Not sure about a cover.

I see that coming already I was going to buy mods simple mods but the guy would only come off the price $400 on the truck... so it will be a few weeks.
thunder550 Thats a sweet box I was wanting mount the subs upward instead of out (might be a little aquard for anyone sitting back there). How did cut the contour to match the transmission tunnel perfect?

It's not a perfect fit, didn't want to get too complicated. You can see it better in these two pics. Thanks for the compliment!
