Default Hummer H2 w/STS Turbo

Just spoke to a friend of mine. A local guy is having a local shop change crank, rods, pistons, and cam shaft in his Hummer H2. They are also installing a STS Turbo that should make 15psi of boost on the built 6.0L. They also said the guy got all of the bells and whistles available with the STS Kit. Also ordered a Yank Converter (not sure of the stall speed). I'm good friends with the shop owner and will call him tomorrow to get more details on this build up. I'm curious to see what a built 6.0L with 15psi boost in a H2 can do.

I hope he's planning on a trans.
I've never heard of a turbo H2 before... should be pretty unique.

I'm sure he is planning on a trans also, but like I said I don't have all the details yet. I will update with more info tomorrow.

He was running a 50shot too if I'm not mistaken. Pretty much the fastest H2 I've ever heard of!

Got a lil more info on the Hummer. It's gonna be a 408 and as he put it a little camshaft. Seems like they trying to keep it hush hush. I know these people race for money from time to time maybe they got one lined up? I will be sure to be there when it has its first outing to the track with video cam in hand.

An H2 with a STS, huh? Interesting. I was in communication with a gentleman in Arkansas that was talking about doing a STS shortly after STS came on the scene. Hell I was even thinking about it. Neither of us actually went that route.

My plan is still to do the front mount Turbo on the H2... but my Vette project is killing me. Until the vette runs.. the truck can't get to the shop!

My Radix + shot times are in my sig... If/when the turbo happens we're execting to be hitting low 13's - high 12's.
