How quick is a 04 grand prix

My ECsb Z71 5.3 ran a 16.8 on a g-tech. I'm not challenging any GP for sure.

I drove a GT before and I wasnt impressed at all with the performance aspect of it.

I had a 99 monte carlo with the 3.8 its one of the best 6's out there. Id really like to see one souped up 300 hp is definately doable, factory the motor fealt good and had a nice torque curve to it. He will pull you if both car and truck are stock. Youve got about 1800 more pounds to move.

with CAI, exhaust, and HPP3 my EC Z71 was running 15.7 on G-tech

a friend of mine has a grand prix GTP supercharged running about 15lbs of boost with headers, cai, exhaust, etc. He ran a 13.0 the other day...

He cant be using the stock front wheel drive, torque steer would be a mother.

He sure is, he runs it on M/T slicks

A friend of mine ran a 13.19 in a GTP- w/o headers. Regular street radials, pulley, u-bend eliminator, tune, ram-air hood. That was a pretty quick car. Used to tear apart transmissions. I want to see what they do with the V8's in them.

does he have a shift kit, the front wheel drive in my 99 monte was a POS did nothing but slip after about 60k. The torque steer was bad in that thing I cant imagine one that runs 13 flat god help him if the car starts vereing off on a run.
