Well the back and hip are from a car wreck. I was with my instructor in college on a field trip. He was driving and he made a U turn in front of a Greyhound bus 
. That was a rough few months. The guy in the back seat didn't get a scratch. My vision has always sucked. The small pecker I get from my Mother :p.
