115,000 miles on my 2002 5.3.. Needs the steering shaft replaced due to famous GM steering knock i feel in the steering wheel, which is jus annoying not a real problem. I also have the famous GM piston slap in the morning, which is no biggy jus let her warm up and shes good to go. Had steering knuckle replaced under warranty cause was clicking really bad. Other then that its one of the best runnin and hard pullin motors u could ask for. Its my daily driver and work truck. I haul boat loads of heavy heavy materials along with pulling an extremly heavy trailer, and not a problem one! Change oil every 3,000 miles and have always added LUCAS OIL STABALIZER.

110,000 on mine, been through 3 cam swaps, 1 head swap, 2 electric fires, 2 wrecks, ~10 bottles of nitrous, and 6 years of constant abuse. Its finally getting a new motor/trans/suspension/converter soon!
