Default How many leafs from the spring pack.......

should I take out of the rear to lower my truck 2-3 inches ??

I have the 3/4 ton springs with 6 leaves....if i remove the second, third and overload will that get me down as far as I want to go...or will that take me down too far ???

OR.....can I buy a set of 1/2 ton 2wd springs to do the same thing for me ????

It's late but I think my 1/2 ton has 3 leaves per pack...so if you tossed 3 that should get the rear end down to the 1/2 ton height I'd assume.

On my hd, i have 2'' lowering torsion keys in the front. For the back Im using the main eyelet spring and the spring with the clamps, I also have a belltech 2'' shackle. The truck sits level now. After removing those rear springs i got some bad axle wrap, so i made up a 4 link setup to stop the wrap. Also if you plan on any towing your going to need to put on some airbags.

hey yelo, I thought you had your truck level already?
I wonder about the 1/2 springs as well, for ride quality.
