**** Michael that sucks, I had no idea. I've replaced both of my window regulators, and I left the windows in when I did so, but from what I remember, it looked like replacing the window is as easy as removing the door panel, unbolting the old one (just the bolts in your case since the window is pulverized), and bolting the new one in. You should be able to lower the window in at an angle, with the front of it facing down, then rotate it into the window run. Be sure to get all of the old glass out of the run, or you will have problems with the new window binding.

I just can't get it. I've tried every angle possible. Anyone have any ideas?

I would make sure to clean all the glass out of the bottom of the door if any got down there.

Seems to me it would just slide in? Did you get the regulator out of your way?

I have the new regulator in (they broke that too) and it doesn't appear to be hitting it. Maybe I will try putting it in without the regulator in place

yeah, seems if you can change the reg with the window in as bud stated, you may have to do that. And you should have known it was gonna be a PITA. At least all my projects gothat way....
