Default How bad are they?

I know the question has been brought up but how bad is the NV3500 5 speed? I have a 1993 C2500 Chevy with the 350 TBI and I ran pretty hard last night racing a Honda. No noises no knocks nothing at all. But if I keep doing that like dumping the clutch from a dead stop and stuff whats it gunna do to the tranny? I know the clutch will wear out but what about the tranny? I just changed the fluid and its only got 5000 miles or so on a new one. Thanks for the help
