My first car...a VW bug, hood flew open at 65mph. I know what you mean, lol.

 

a bug lol i think i wouldve let it slide if it was a vw lol but man im heartbroken..only thing i own at 20yrs old, well the bank but still lol

well, you could have been on 95 doing 70mph, so i guess it could have been worse. sucks though man.

 

I had my hood open one time about a year ago, but the latch caught it, (like when you first open it and have a slide the latch handle over to pull the hood up) no damage but you are right all most s**t on myself, doing 75 mph

after that I was thinking hood pins
