Not very often do we see someone go ***** out and do everything most of us would like to do.Everything looks top notch.The one thing that stood out for me was the shitty weld where the exhaust pipe that meets the turbo.Seems the knocking noise you were getting on the dyno would have prevented you from getting a good tune due to faulse knock.

Agree with the shitty weld! The rest of those exhaust pipes are 1 piece mandrel bent, and that started out as a mock up weld, but turned out to be a weld to get by with.. Thanks for pointing it out again as you are right that needs to be cleaned up!As far as the "knock" hindering the tune, yeah it prevented me from finishing my tune, but not due to "false" knock, as I am using BS3.. But for the record as soon as the noise developed tuning was over (as was the smile on my face)..
